Wholesale Policies – Fox + Fawn Collective

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 3 units per style/design unless otherwise stated.

• All wholesale orders are subject to approval by Fox + Fawn Collective. If you preorder wholesale items, by purchasing you are agreeing to the turn around time, refunds will not be given for preordered items.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. Shipping charges will be added to your final invoice.

• Please allow standard processing time for all wholesale orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier delays and order volume.

• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted unless otherwise discussed and approved prior to shipment.

• Fox + Fawn Collective is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

• It is the retailer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

• By purchasing wholesale from Fox + Fawn Collective, you agree to maintain products at MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) or higher.

• Authorized retailers found advertising or selling products below MSRP may have their wholesale privileges suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

• Wholesale items may not be reproduced, altered, or relabeled without written permission from Fox + Fawn Collective.
